Teen Worker Poster Updated
In March 2019, the Indiana Department of Labor, Bureau of Child Labor updated its mandatory teen worker poster. Employers of minors who are ages 14, 15, 16 or 17 are required to conspicuously post the maximum number of hours minors may be permitted to work, in each day of the week, where notices are customarily posted.
