Workers’ Compensation Notice

The Kansas Department of Labor updated its Workers’ Compensation Rights and Responsibilities notice to remove irrelevant dates and updated the edition to 3/18. This notice must be posted and maintained by employers in one or more conspicuous places and applies to dates of accidents on or after April 25, 2013.
