City of Albuquerque Minimum Wage Increase
The City of Albuquerque announced the following minimum wage increases for 2019:
- The minimum wage increases to $9.20.
- The minimum wage increases to $8.20 if the employer provides healthcare and/or childcare benefits to the employee during any pay period and pays an annualized cost of at least $2,500 for these benefits.
- The minimum wage for tipped employees increases to $5.50.
All of these rates are effective starting January 1, 2019 and through December 31, 2019.

City of Las Cruces Minimum Wage Increase
The City of Las Cruces announced that the 2019 minimum wage in Las Cruces increases to $10.10 per hour and $4.04 for tipped workers.
This rate is effective January 1, 2019.
