Wage and Hour Poster Updated
In December 2017, the North Carolina Department of Labor updated its labor law poster. One part of the poster covers wage and hour and employment discrimination, while the other covers occupational safety and health. Both parts are required to be posted in all North Carolina workplaces where employees have access to the information.
