All-in-One Workplace Laws Notice Updated

In August 2018, South Carolina updated its South Carolina Workplace Laws: Notice to Employees, which provides information about all of the following laws:

• Employment discrimination.
• Payment of wages, child labor, and right-to-work laws.
• Safety and health protection on the job.
• Unemployment compensation.
• Workers’ compensation.

Employers are required to conspicuously post this notice.
