HR professionals face a range of challenges every day. Amidst managing employee performance and navigating new employment laws, you’re also constantly adapting to economic pressures and new technologies.

At Mineral, we understand the unique position you’re in. That’s why we’re calling on you to share your insights to help us better understand and support the challenges you’re facing in 2023.

In last year’s State of HR survey, we asked for input on how the pandemic had affected HR practices. Your responses helped define what we called the Healthy HR framework, as well as key characteristics and HR practices of companies that improved revenue and productivity.

This year, we want to build on those insights. Though COVID-19 is in the rearview mirror for most companies, the business environment we all operate is still filled with risks and uncertainty. That’s why our 2023 survey seeks to understand the challenges facing HR leaders today, from macro-economic and workplace trends to compliance priorities and upskilling. We’re also interested in how AI and machine learning are changing the HR landscape.

With your participation in our 2023 HR survey, we’ll continue to develop and refine our expertise to help you succeed in all your HR endeavors.

The survey is open to anyone who has HR responsibilities, whether you’re an HR practitioner, HR executive, general manager, or business owner. Your perspectives will enrich our analysis and ensure results that are relevant to you and your business.

We look forward to hearing from you and sharing the results of our 2023 HR survey with you. Click here to begin!
