Minimum Wage Increase
The Montana Department of Labor and Industry has announced that the state’s minimum wage will increase from $8.15 to $8.30 per hour on January 1, 2018.
Under Montana law, the Department of Labor and Industry is required to determine and announce the inflation-adjusted minimum wage rate no later than September 30 of each year.
